My number has finally transferred successfully, took almost a month, but we got it...and $100 credit for my troubles! Thanks for all your help!

Robby, just went into my account and "manage features", now it's not working again. Seems it may work, but it's sporatic. I'll just use the myATT app on my phone as a workaround until this is completely resolved. Thanks.

Well, the only way around it for now is using the "myAT&T" app on my phone. Open the app, go to "My plans & services" , then scroll down to "U-verse Voice Service" and then open "Manage phone features & settings" , and from there I can manage the voice features. It'll have to do for the time being...hope this helps!

Hey Mark, It's definitely not your account, same thing happening to me. I had thought AT&T fixed it last week because I did get into the voice features, but it was only a one time thing. As of today I'm still having the same problem, don't know if they have a fix for it.

Sorry, I haven't been on the forums for a few days...so I didn't see the replies. Actually I may have spoke too soon, right after I posted it was "solved", I went back to my account overview to test it again, and it looks like I'm still having the problem, tried it again today and no dice, so it's not resolved yet.

Hi Everyone! I have been on U-verse since July 14th and so far it's been great! There's been a few minor bumps however, like this: From my account overview page, I click on the Voicemail Features link, and get redirected to a intercept page which then says: "We're sorry, the AT&T sevice you are attempting to access is not available using the login information you provided...

Yeah, the responses for my private messages have stopped as well. A few co-workers have told me the same horror stories about transferring numbers to AT&T from Vonage. One of them gave up and asked AT&T for a new number. I'm thinking about doing that, but I would rather have my original number, had it for more than 15 years, but if I have to give it up, so be it! Thanks! I called the number and it did state the transfer was completed, however, still cannot receive calls. According to Vonage, they had scheduled to complete the number transfer to AT&T as of yesterday the 25th, also AT&T confirmed this as well, but as of today, this has not happened.

Update: It does help to send private messages to AT&T, thanks for the tip! So I confirmed with AT&T they have contacted my old phone provider (Vonage) to request the transfer of my number, which was scheduled to complete on the 25th, I also received confirmation from Vonage they were scheduled to complete the transfer on the 25th. Today is the 26th, and it does not appear...
