Yes, Uverse. I'll be honest. This is the first time I've watched tv in a few weeks. (Been too busy and only down time goes to WoW) Before (when I first got Uverse) the tv pixelated really badly and they kept blaming it on my router and replacing it but it never fixed the issue. I've just left it alone for so long I forgot honestly. :-/

Hmmm. So today i've been watching TV and the framerate is awful. It glitches every 2 minutes or so. Could the issues we've found cause this as well?

This helps tremendously, THANK YOU! What do you think I should do now? Call ATT? I just don't trust they'll hear me when I try to explain all of this. Yeah, it could fix itself...orrrrr it could stay the same... :-/

I haven't had those issues before, that is correct. I was able to stream netflix or music, skype and mumble or teamspeak or ventrilo whenever I needed with no worries. I even had multiple friends over, all running wow and no issues. Then something happened 2-3 weeks ago and bam. Major issues. I've resorted to shutting down all external services (skype and such) other than...

Okay, I think I know what I need to do to start testing these. What exactly am I looking for? My thought is this: What happens if all IP traces through WinMTR show the same amount of packet loss and such? and what happens if Mumble shows the most? I would need to change mumble servers? Not very effective solution to my problem honestly as I can't really control that. I'm ...

Yes, Okay just making sure I fully understand. I can test on another server such as Trollbane but I can't use that long term. Is there a way to do a WinMTR to Mumble, skype or ventrilo? That would show the losses and issues to them. Trying to find a way to track the latency too each individually and record this information to track down the biggest contributor. Thanks

Every time I play the game. I can go 5 minutes and have one and then go 2 hours to the next. Very inconsistent. Personally, dont know what you mean by another data center. I did not realize they have latency meters but I can check into those.

Typical latency is 50ms but I get huge spikes up over 500ms (never had this before) frequently when playing which shouldn't happen.

I play Wow and have had no issues with Uverse for a long time. The last two weeks I've been unable to play on my internet. Wireless/Wired. Xbox or anything else just lags really bad. I did a tracert and pathpings. I then did a Winmtr and found this. Please help and don't throw me through the usual loops. I've done it all (restarting, computer change, reboot router, etc et...
