So you were actually able to separate them? I'm trying to do that now as I'm unable to use my account or order equipment. The rep told it could take 3 billing cycles. So maddening--I'm just about ready to port back to verizon.

I've recently ported from VZW to ATT to take advantage of the unlimited/dtv offer since I'm already a dtv customer. I unified my account which I seriously regret. Since unifying my account I'm unable to upgrade or buy anything through my account. I was trying to pre order the s7 edge--nope, add a line--nope. I figured I'd come back and update on mine. I received notice of ATT receiving the device(email) and then got one when my credit was issued back to me. So for me--from the date I returned to the day I received my money back was 11 days of which only 8 were business days. Job well done. Good luck to others. No doubt this is a terrible experience for all of us. I made a full retail purchase of a one x+, decided not to keep it and sent it back less than a week after receiving it.
