Does anybody have any information on when AT&T plans on implementing WiFi calling for its Android phones, in particular, the Samsung Note 5? I find it obsurd AT&T would only offer the service to iPhone customers.

Thanks. Do I need the original box, accessories, or just the phone itself?

I purchased an iPhone 6S Plus with my upgrade. I chose to wipe out my old phone balance and agreed to send the phone back. Here is the problem. The new phone did not come with any new box and only 1 return label. The new phone was ordered online. So can I just take the old phone to an AT&T corporate store and trade it in there? I'd rather not send it in via the mail and r...

On Aug 24th, I purhcased the Samsung Note 5 through AT&T premier website. I did not like the phone and ended up returning it with the return label, which was included in the packaging. Long story short, the package is STILL showing its in transit to AT&T. The post office can't do anything because the label "is a different kind of service". AT&T looked into the issue and s...

This happened last week. But the ATT reps won't change it back.

So long story short, I had the mobile share value 20GB plan for $100. I have 2 lines on my account. I had to port one line out to another carrier for work. Well a day after I did that I logged online and my grandfathered plan (20GB for $100) changed to mobile share 3GB. I called and retentions said they couldn't give it back very rudely. I decided to port back. I then had ...

Follow Up: So, AT&T called me and unfortunately I missed it. The guy left me a voicemail telling me to call them back, which I did. When I spoke to the girl in tech support, she told me the reason I am experiencing slow speeds is because I am running iOS 6 on my iPhone. I explained to her that I have friends who have the iPhone 6 with the latest version of iOS 8.2 with ju...

For the past year or so, AT&T LTE has become practically useless around Northwest, Indiana, espcially, Schererville. I am barely pulling 1mbps down. If I am far away from the tower, speeds are even worse. I am also seeing more EDGE (2G) data inside buildings, too. I am not sure if AT&T engineers are upgrading the network, but it is horrible. My mom and I have been AT&T cu...

I do not understand why T-Mobile can offer unlimited data and AT&T can't. How can a smaller carrier have more power than one twice its size?

I understand that. It's just that there cannot be many unlimited users left on AT&T. So if each one of those users used as much as they'd like, what impact could it really have on the network? I'm sure none at all. How come AT&T can do their plans like T-Mobile? Have a certain allotment then get slowed down but still have unlimited data. Or charge a premium for unlimited u...
