You can rest assured that if you are waiting for updates from AT&T you will be waiting a long time, they are the worst for phone support and it is not only the M8 but every phone that they sell except for the iphone because Apple puts those updates out and does not trust AT&T with them. My rooting came when I had the Nexus one and I just did not see any value for all of the trouble you had to go through with all of the command prompt stuff and that you could never relock the Bootloader and so all warranty went out the window with that., As for all of the so called custom roms well there were only a few back then and they were buggy crap. Back then when y...

There is a one click debranding but you use the Gold Card. I used this to debrand my Desire and it worked great, the reason I want to debrand is because I want my firmware updates to come from HTC and not wait on some carrier, since I debranded my Desire all of the updates come OTA from HTC but since you are rooted this is not a option for you!!! As for rooting I have no ...

The HD from Telus will be out by next month but I would bet that if AT&T is getting a version of it, that the Telus might be picked up by sweeps and then it would be a total waste of money, I do not want any phone that AT&T could pick up on that is why I have picked up the Desire Z to go with my Desire. Plus the fact AT&T's track record with not messing up Android phone's...
