Yes I would be going from a family plan to a pay as you go plan. Since I am not familiar with pay as you go, what are the fees, etc. or the plan options available? Will it cost to port to this type of plan? Thanks in advance!

Can I take a phone number from my primary line of a family plan and use it for a pay as you go? I will be cancelling my family plan but would like to use this number for my daughter for a pay as you go. Is this possible?

your text plan will be prorated during the month in which you made the change. You will not have the full 1500 messages available to you for the full month until the next billing cycle. Remember - any message incoming AND outgoing are counted as a text message. If you text alot, you may want to go with the unlimited messaging package.

Contact Customer Service and have them check the provisioning on your phone. Best to call from another phone than the one you are having the issue with. Customer Service may ask you to review settings in your phone while talking to them. Good luck!
