AT&T Chat indicates that only voice mail (*98) can be accessed by dialing the star codes from another phone. Call forwarding and other features can only be changed by the my AT&T app or online via myATT. If anyone from AT&T is monitoring this, the myAT&T app is almost unusable for this purpose and needs to be improved. It would also be helpful to be able to get to the oth...

Can I start and stop call forwarding on my cell phone (or other phone) by dialing the access #, my pin # and *72# or *73#? This works on my 2 uverse lines and the uverse dialing instructions seem to say that I can. Also, I can perform this using the clunky myATT iphone app, but it would be easier to do it by programming a speed dial number on the cell phone. If this can b...

Called uverse voice support and they made changes in Safe Call Forwarding settings on the portal that, for some reason, were causing problems. Good to go now (I hope)😬.

Yes, have set up new Uverse voice mail on computer & phone. As noted, I think the problem is the call forwarding on my former AT&T landline (same # as uverse) because the incoming calls on Uverse are forwarded to my mobile # instead of going to Uverse voice mail. Uverse voice installed yesterday and voicemail acitvated but not working because, I think I had the old landline (same as new uverse #) forwarded to mobile #. It was just the reverse...the Uverse software reconfigured my Outlook account and probably corrupted it. I uninstalled Outlook and reinstalled to take care of the issue.

I just had Uverse installed yesterday and when I try to open Outlook, it starts and I get a msg as above. Supposedly the tech rep had Outlook automatically reconfigured when he installed. I'm unable to start Outlook in Safe Mode.

I have moving diagonal black lines on all channels on an older Hughes receiver. I thought it might have been leak through from channels 3 or 4 (standard broadcast) but the receiver won't allow a change to any other channel. Another Direct TV receiver doesn't have any picture problems. Please help.
