Used CS chat this morning. There are no outages listed in the main outage list that regular customer service can see. This may be why people get different stories from support.

Calling support is of last resort. A typical call for me runs about 80 minutes with the agent following the same script, then concluding a ticket for a callback from the next tier. I'm in a corporate environment, please stop asking me to reboot my gateway or during business hours.

I have 4 micocells in a corporate environment. I have been away from the building for a few days. All 4 units are blinking 3G bars icon (down). Rebooted device 3G still blinking...... Any others with sudden outage like symptoms?

I cannot rule out my enterprise firewall / vpn that sits in front of the 4 microcells I am running. The information on required ports is so sparse, along with no user facing diagnostics-- makes it very difficult to support. Also, I rarely see the M-Cell tag appear, but I know I am connected to the microcell. if I unplug the microcell, i drop to 1 bar or no service.

Sending is ok in my case, but I cannot receive MMS messages or receive visual voicemail. I have multiple users on varying models of iphone with the same issues. My Device Blackberry 9700

Correct, I have followed the strategy of hiding/foldering before. Finally, I am tired of hiding them and ready to be rid of them for good. I invite AT&T to provide a no-bloatware opt-in solution to this issue.

I somewhat feel like I am being spammed by AT&T. Most of these icons are simply a teaser or sample-- otherwise called an AD. Services like telenav are subscription based-- not a free bonus. Since I paid for the phone and I pay for the service-- I feel that I should be able to opt-out of having things like this pushed to my phone. These don't come pre-installed in the OS, ...
