None of those issues here and I too am having the same problem... Brand new Galaxy S5 -- contacts synced to the phone, and then have never once worked, even with factory reset twice --same old "unfortunately contacts has stopped" message any time I touch a contact or try to use it in any way. My only workaround was to download Contacts+ and use that instead. But that is i...

Read through the thread -- I am sure that ATT has submitted the app to Apple -- but that is not how Apple works -- they need to approve the app before it can be listed for sale in the App Store, even if that comes from ATT or Verizon or whomever. That process can take from days to months depending on the program. In this case, ANY attempt to use Apple's system, which this...

They didn't -- you will get a notification in the hub -- and you navigate to the phone app and go to the VVM tab

"Do Not Disturb" does NOT block calls -- it mearly turns off sound notifications during the hours you set. There is currently no way to block calls on an iPhone. I have created a silent ringer and use that to assign to numbers I want to "block" -- that way the phone doesn't ring, it simply goes to voicemail if they leave a message, and I delete it without listening. I do ...

And more importantly, it fixed the calDav problem that prevented the Q10 from syncing calendars with iCloud...that should make many people happy

Mine ported over from the VVM that I had set up on my iPhone with no problem...all I had to do was put in my password and it was good to go. Are you setting up from scratch?

The Torch runs all new software. Lots of older software isn't compatible. There is no way to work around that unless you downgrade to the Bold series phones. In time, developers will upgrade their software. For now, we have what we have. Another example: none of the mapping software works with the Torch - not smartmaps ,not pocket maps, not Tube 2, etc....

Yes, it works great. You can't download it to your computer and then copy it to your Bold 9700, though -- that won't work. You have to go directly to the Slingplayer mobile site FROM you Bold 9700 and install it over the air -- Here is the link to use -- http://download.slingmedia.com/player/mobile/bb1011/US/SlingPlayer_bold_EN_US.jad

BBM works, but it is charged against your data plan. You will run up exorbitant costs if you do not have an international data plan. Call ATT to make sure you add the right features to your phones. They will need to do international provisioning for your blackberries (it's added based on credit history and length of time with ATT); and they will advise you as to the lowes...

Just be aware that mac users can not do this update. It is for windows users only. This has historically been the problem for us Mac users with Blackberries -- it is impossible to do firmware updates.

Just as a heads up -- you can not do this upgrade if you own a Mac, as it requires Desktop Manager for PC.

Your getting abnormal battery drain. Go to ATT for an exchange. My Bold, which I have had for several months purchased in Europe long before ATT finally released it, easily lasts the day with normal use, even with several hours of listening to music above and beyond the calls, e-mail and data use. The Bold DOES have faster battery drain than your old BB, because of the way...

Yes, it supports full HTML as well as WAP through two separate launch icons. What you have is very limited streaming ability, though - just like on the iPhone -- there is no adobe flash. It does support limited streaming from the reformated WAP site of YouTube and the like, but no ability to watch flash video from sites like CNN etc... ANd -- like the iPhone -- the website...
