I called tech support for a second time and this time the lady was very nice and was able to fix our problem from her end. New tv is in and all Directv functions are working properly. Thanks Directv!

We just have the one Genie DVR on our biggest tv, the other boxes are all standard HD boxes. There is no on-screen message, just a blue screen that shows the input is to HDMI1. The tv only has 2 HDMI inputs, and the other input is used for a splitter with 2 more HDMI inputs on it, one being used for our apple tv and the other is open. V. Was working fine previously. All other TVs in house are getting signal just fine.shows are recording. Rebooted genie, did not help. Input is hdmi1 as it is supposed to be.
