I'm still going through the steps to trigger a truck roll. My goal is still to get a tech to come out and swap in an HR44. However, I must say that one of the steps recommended by the phone tech support guy seems to have stopped the freeze problem for the time being. I'm having this same problem. I have the protection plan. Are there any magic phrases I can use with the CSR to ensure a service call rather than have them automatically ship me a replacement HR34? Thanks!
