So I reset then went through setup again. Same issue. I went into "Edit Channels," and my 9-1, 9-2, and 9-3 were not there. This is the odd part, because all the area channels in my market I could theoretically receive should be in this list (and I assume this list comes from DTV?).

I have run the "Off-Air Setup" three to four times, but I haven't reset the settings. I can try that when I get home tonight.

No, Guide shows channel 9 and contains all programming info. If you turn it to that channel you get a message something to the effect of "Owner has removed from lineup." That's through DTV. If I go through antenna setup, my channel 9s (should be 9.1, 9.2, and 9.3) are not even listed as available in my market. Before they were there.

Actually, I just had to reset my router for another reason, and everything came back. All devices connected to the router were working fine, so I didn't suspect that was the issue. There's still no DECA connected to the unit. But I do have an extra one just lying around in case I need it.

Hi, This morning I called in, as my HR20-100 keeps locking up and resetting on its own. Sometimes it even resets while it is resetting. Most of the time it locks up during "Step 1 of 2." Since we are currently in a free preview of premier, should we be able to access DoD of STARZ, et. al? I tried downloading a STARZ DoD movie, and got a message that I had to call to subscribe to the channel.

Sorry, I'm an a$$.... posted without finishing. I'm actually on a one-feed setup. Can't for the life of me find in the setup how to specify that I only have one feed like with my HR10 (does it exist)? And would this cause the "Searching for Auth. Content" message?
