i connected my ipad to my PC...deleted DTV app and did a re install and updated it on my PC and I have had no problems. i Always just deleted on my ipad2 and it never worked until I connected in iTunes. Good luck.

I would prob turn off and on your Kindle and retry and if that doesn't work, delete and reinstall app.

I Read your comment and I have an ipad also,but do not have the GenieGo. Do I have to have it to watch and download on my app Out of the home? I have an ipad2. may I ask what your ipad is? I still have problems with the DTV app . thanks for any info.

So glad you got results. It's frustrating I know but I am sure a lot of technicians are too when they can't solve problems. we have been customers for a long time also and we still stay with DTV. We have been helped more than not.

I Really don't think DTV is to blame for most. They are helpful if you call and tell you what they can do. i Found that our TV, Internet service (phone) has a lot to do with problems. I like DTV and they are not to blame for everything...try other avenues?

I Noticed my internet io address is diff than my ipad now since we got a new modem. I haven't tried to change anything yet, I don't want to lose service. Have you checked your IP addresses?
