You may wanna try and reset the Genie Twice in a row (red button reset) to refresh all the ondemand/ tv apps content usually within 24 hours. If all the others holding the connection its very odd. Are you connected Wirelessly or Hardline and or bb deca ?

One MAC address is for the LAN Internet; and the other MAC address is for the MoCA ( Wholehome Network )

The MAC address of the Genie is located on the devices name plate.

Correction Actually after closer review with my system I'm pretty sure - one is the network MAC Address: and the one that chnages is the MoCA MAC Address ( MoCA is prettymuch your SWM - Wholehome Network. ) This is not able to be disabled

Are you able to match the MAC addresses up to anything in more system info on the main genie ? Let me know the results / finding I'm wondering myself.

Look up the mac address on that and see if they match its ethier going to be that or if you have a bb deca it could be the mac address to that the genie has a wireless mac address and ethernet mac address . On the Main genie go to Menu > Setting and Help > Settings > Info & Test > More System Info

It sounds like you may need a service call which is 49.95 or they protection plan usually will cover it. When your resetting it are you resetting the rcvr or the SWM ? Do you know if you have SWM install. Regardless whether its a singal, tuner or SWM issue its best to have a tech look at it to rule out all other variables. RC71 Press and Hold ; Enter and Mute at the same time. RC6_rx/rf - Use the front panel of the rcvr through menu to follow Menu > Setting & Help > Setting > Remote > Program Remote ... follow on screen promt If its a client press and hold the Blue DirecTV button for 20 secs on the c31 or 41 ... the rcvr will reset and will reset the client to IR mode.
