^ Yea , and then something doesnt work and they need a tech anyway lol... Im just offering a guarenteed option , which btw , most customer qualify for without realizing it, all PP were grandfathered in so if they have had it for 2 years they qualify already.

Commitment time is usually 2 years anyway.. P.S its never free anymore, theres always at least a $50 tech install charge, only free one is PP upgrade

Tell them your getting a message on your screen "A problem has been detected in your storage device, diagnostic code 14" and it told you to reset and you did and got the same message. Its basically the same error as checking the disk.

There may be more to this then I know.. but I tried it already... Click record on the FX movie, "You can watch this instantly, added to your playlist" (ppv version) Click record in the guide, "You are now recording" Played both to be certain, first one asked to purchase, second one just played the few seconds I recorded. This was on an HR34

You can set the free one to record in the guide, just talked about this with someone, just press the record button on the remote when highlighting the show in the guide
