It appears that I am having the same problem with both Geni mini's on my system. About once a week, or more, the mini's lose the graphics for the past forward/rewind and jump forward display at the bottom of the guide screen. I guess I must have misunderstood the sales rep when I initially ordered the system. I thought there was a separate, monthly fee for each DVR in the system, in addition to the up front cost for the device. So how would that work? After looking into all the suggestions, it would appear that adding a 2nd DVR to the system is the only way to somewhat address the issue. Not sure I want to spring for the additional monthly cost for 2nd DVR ATT. For now, I will have to try to get her to be more careful with her 'magic' fingers.............. Is there a way to hide recorded content on DVR playlist, or set up different playlists that are separate from each other to prevent one person from erasing content from another list?

I will have to do some more research on this issue. It might just be an issue with certain TV's. My other two HDTV's are s 42" Samsung directly connected to the HR44 and a 22" Vizio connected to another Mini, and so far, neither one has exhibited this problem. I checked the Mini settings and the Digital Dolby was set to OFF already. I tried changing it to ON, and no change. Still getting occasional 'NO SOUND' on that TV. As I mentioned earlier, changing input on TV to any other source and then back fixes problem, temporarily for that session. NOTE: The other two TV's in house do not, as of yet, have this issue.
