I inquired about sending a tech out and they informed me that the tech would also bring the HR34 and that they can't distribute the HR44 in this situation.

Called today after it froze again - the best they could do was send a new receiver (HR34) out. They said they couldn't send the HR44. This whole process is a lesson in incompetence.

Just experienced a situation on H2 where a recorded program had this pop up in the last 4 minutes of the show. Hoping that we get an answer or solution for this soon.

How is that a solution to the problem? Better yet what IS the problem? That "solution" is like you having a flat tire on your car, taking it in, and them telling you to buy a new car.

That does not seem like an acceptable answer. Something appears to have changed from Nov. until now with regards to the HR34's. Simply saying you need an HR44 is not a solution to the problem - especially when they have no ability to transfer recorded shows and settings. If the device was set to fail in a year we are owed that explanation. I just want to know what is caus...
