I have the same issue....no call backs since January . Replaced HR44-500 FOUR Times...countless hours of techs at my house....they still could not figure it out. The Genie will be able to order just fine until the call-back issue comes up again. I have replaced my gateway modem/router set-up pursuant to Directv's request to see if this will solve the issue.
