I mean by correct azimuth is the 205 degrees for my zip code. I don't want to be in completely wrong location to do initial set up. Sent from my iPhone Ed Ward

Yes, I have one port. Should have stated that instead of one coax. Haven't got it going yet. This is for my RV. The setup is all correct, good RG6 cable, PI connected right, looks like I'm just having problem finding the satellites. Have correct AZ/tilt/ELEVATION. The tripod is level. Will try one more weekend then buy the auto finder antenna or a bird dog.

I am not currently using any splitters so I assume the 21VDC will work.

I Agree it could be but since I have it at the same AZ as home antenna I thought might eliminate that. My home is a sl5, I think it would be the same bearing as the sl3, could be wrong. Are the tilts all the same?

I should go into a little more detail of my problem. I did original on iphone and 2 hard to type. I bought the SlimLine 3 LNB for my RV. Got the PI and a 4 way splitter which I do not need. I did use the sat finder with the PI not installed and was able to zero in on Az for the strongest signal. I have it on a tripod located below my house dish. Az matches. As you mention...
