The internal deca on that receiver is probably bad. This doesn't happen often, but after reading the thread, I do not see anything else that it could be. Although I have seen low frequency barrels in a wall plate create this issue. But I have also seen it work with them... Easy check for that is to remove the cable from the plate and check to see if it is blue or orange, ...

@New2dtv This is a good answer and something that I would try as a tech... The MRV or multi room viewing does not need an internet connection to function. What I would do is remove that part and give it a day or 2 and see if that "fixes" it, if it does then you know for sure that your router is causing the issue. The Deca unit is how the TV knows that it is connected to the DTV LAN. What I find troubling is that they are telling customers that adding one will extend their contract... That would lead me to believe that they are trying to charge you guys a lease fee as well... What is even more disturbing is that no one knows what RVU is... I can only comment on this from a Tech sid...
