I finally got a Very Nice Customer Service Person after yelling until my voice nearly went out! She agreed to send out a Technician to help me. I was told by (literally convinced by) the Sales Associate in a Direct TV Uniform inside our Best Buy that this issue was fixed! It Clearly is not. Over 1 Hour of Outage in the first 2 days of Operation. Unacceptable. There must be better equipment, larger reflectors, boosters, or settings that will allow better performance.
