Mine was installed two weeks ago. They already sent a service technician out because I was getting a white screen when changing channels that lasted a good 7 to 9 seconds before I would get a picture. After much work trying to find the way to get it to lower the lag time, the technician suggested I just swap it out for a regular HD DVR Because there will always be a lag. ...

Been there done that! I spent at LEAST 4 hours over the weekend and yesterday alone just being transfered around, etc. Always trying the SAME things to remedy (uninstall, change email, change password, haing them sync, etc.). FYI, I just sent a tweet to @directtv, which was a great suggestion but ALL their tweets are about programming (hey, watch football!). SSOOOOOOO FRU...

Having same issue. Can log in to website but cannot log in to ANY apps (directtv app, showtime, hbogo, etc). all says that it's an invalid email address/password. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, changed passwords, changed email addresses. I've had it resynced 5 times by tech support. Nothing is working. It's been almost a week. NO ONE at tech support knows what to do.
