Usually a reset of the main DVR works if not then extensive test may be needed u could always call dtv tech support and go through about 30 min of troubleshooting to see if resolves .but either way being worked before they'll have to getting working again for yA good luck

No way to limit usage at this time i would say just unplug the CCK adapter from the DVR or the router whichever connected to or unplug ethernet to avoid random downloads fom Video On Demand and plug back when want to use!

All customers are charged 0$ for VOD -unless -u purchase a movie or show from VOD but that's by choice no way will they credit a free service unless VOD purchase was never delivered of course....Seems quite a few issues for VOD but I'm confident engineering is aware and working to resolve ASAP... True only a select few tech support agents are fully envoled in issues like this and seems there resolveing issues on NBC and other locals on the HR34 genie in select markets at a time not an overall 1 time fix just noticed Omaha area should be resolved so surly there on it....seems to be broadcasting issues not DTV
