I'm sure I'm not the only one that knows FREE means nothing BUT free.... So, my question(s) is this~ 1) Does FREE UPGRADE mean NEW contract? 2) I have 2 DVR's~ If I upgrade for FREE, do I need 2 receivers or one and if TWO, how UNfree would the 2nd be? 3) Does HD cost more? If so, on ONE or BOTH tv's? 4) Is this something I can do or do I have to PAY to have the installat...

My TV that has the DVR connected to it, said it was searching for satelite while it was working just fine. Got tired of seeing that message on the right corner of screen for 24 hours so I reset the DVR. Now, it's NOT working at all but it's been searching for the satelite for 24 hours. No snow on dish, other TV works. (?) Just received this "replacement" DVR about a week ...

First off, I can't say enough about how RUDE women phone tech support is. They need an anger control course, IMO! ANYway, my question is this, I received an R22-200 DVR on Oct 10th that replaced my R15-100 broken DVR that I had for 3 years. The R22 made a lot of noise and I called to have it replaced. I received a replacement DVR on the 10th of Oct. and have been annoyed at the humming the machine is constantly making. Sometimes, it actually stops for 20 minutes and then starts up again for 50.
