I had the same question tech support told me "You may be able to share your playlist if you plan on keeping the recever,however if it's been deactivated chances are their lost & you'll have to re-record them" Good luck hopefully you can share them.

I had a couple of issues & had to reset the Genie by unplugging it from the back of the box for 15 minutes everything works fine now. Maybe that will work for you.

We just upgraded to the Genie HR44- 700 and Genie Mini on Friday I realize it can take 24 hours for everything to be updated yet still cannot use the TV Shows or Movies search functions when selected they both give a message that they are updating to check back in 1 hour. It's been 3 days now Also cannot get HBO Cinemax or Encore on Demand when we try to go to the channel...
