I have an ipad air and genie go. Everything works like it is supposed to although when I am on my ipad using the direct tv app and go to the "on DVR" section and try to delete a program it get this message "the operation couldnt be completed. I've been having the same problem this weekend. In the past I've held down the red button for two minutes and that worked. That's not working this weekend for whatever reason. If I can get it to work I'll post it here.

the problem occurs when i press the "exit" button on my remote....even when the slingbox is disconnected so that tells me the slingbox has nothing to do with it. my dvr is connected to my television via hdmi cable...i can disconnect everything except the dvr and it still does it, which tells me the slingbox isn't the problem.

i'm switching because i have a slingbox that i like to watch on my phone and it is connected with red/white/yellow cables because the slingbox that i have does not have an hdmi connection. everything was fine until around last Tuesday or Wednesday. i noticed that this is also about the last time that my software updated on my dvr.....

I called tech support and spoke with Kevin (who was very helpful). They are sending me a new one. Too bad they couldnt fix this over the phone but it's been resolved as far as I'm concerned.
