You can't really assume that because one phone is defective, that they all are. It's completely illogical.

"My wife is ready for an upgrade to her phone and wants to enter the world of texting. Hence she wants a texting phone." "EVERY phone that ATT offers that has a keyboard or touch screen is considered a texting phone and requires an unlimited $20 text plan. This is asinine!" I love the irony in these two statements. Ok, here's the way it breaks down. She wants to text, you...

Smart-Limits is a network level feature, and AT&T could have some serious implications from not allowing incoming calls to a phone. (For instance if you called 911 and the called dropped, the 911 operator would be unable to c...

That's odd. I knew that computers can share a phone's internet (ICS), but I never knew it worked the other way around...

He lost his entire amount because he tried to make his payment the DAY BEFORE his minutes expired. So since it rejected his payment because it would've taken him over $500, then the next day his minutes expired as they were supposed to. That's how it happened.

{Keep it courteous and edit out any uncalled for comments ...did you just try pressing 0 multiple times? That works for most automated systems, including AT&T's, AFAIK. Message Edited by mod.moose on 01-05-2009 03:10:45 PM Message Edited by mod.moose on 01-05-2009 03:11:01 PM

Obviously you don't understand the beauty that is GSM technology. You can buy ANY GSM phone that supports the 850/1900 mhz bands, pop your sim card into it, and use it. Which means not only do you have the choice of the phones that AT&T sells, but also any GSM phones that AT&T doesn't sell, but can still work on their network. teke978 wrote: AT&T has NO good cam phones fo...
