The main Genie we have, per the System Info & Test Screen is this: HR44/200 Software: 0x8c2, Thu 7/31 3:14am The DVR is connected via an ethernet cable which is plugged in directly to the Comcast modem/gateway.

Hello, Over the last 2 days, whenever I try to watch content OnDemand, the buffering message comes up about every 3-5 minutes. This happens no matter what I'm trying to watch OnDemand. OK, that worked! I can now control the volume using my JVC audio unit. Should I leave the remote in RF mode? Also, do you know how to turn ON/OFF the JVC audio unit with the RC71 remote? Thanks again!
