I don't know how many people work for the rentention department, but it is apparently 0 since I've been on the phone for an hour (not exaggerating) to cancel my uverse internet. Is there a better way to cancel my service? Thanks for any help

btw i figured it out, apparently the recording space was too little even if it had 10%. the game automatically deletes itself because it was set to keep until space or something

Sorry to hear that, so were you recording the world cup matches? I think ill call ATT tmw to ask about it, are there really no solution to this?

Hi, thanks for the reply. I tried the reboot thing, the problem is that only the world cup games are not being recorded when everything else is recording correctly. Do you have any other suggestions? Thanks

Hi guys, I have a att dvr and i couldn't record world cup games. I clicked the record button once and it says it's being recorded but the games didn't show up in the recordings after the recording ended. HELP PLEASE. Thanks in advance
