Good luck. My bill would almost double with the figure they gave me. That isn't how you should treat a good customer. I'm going to have to fire AT&T and go with someone else. Seems like they could do something to make their rates a little more resonable.

Wish we had Comcast in our area. I'm going to have to go to Brighthouse or just stream like more and more people are doing. Fed up with the bad customer service.

I'm having the same issue. You would think after being a good customer and paying your bills they would want to keep you as a customer. I don't like the fact they promise you everything when you sign up and not to worry. They are as bad as a car salesman

I did call and to downgrade my service it would go up over $40 a month. To stay with my same plan they offered me 3 months with a $30 increase then after the 3 month period it would go up $83. Crazy. Not happy about looking for new service. They promise the world when you first sign up.

Yes. To downgrade my service it would go up almost $50 a month. To keep my same plane for 3 months it would go up $30 and then a whopping $83. Crazy. Not happy about having to search for new service.

Att makes a lot of promisesto get you to sign up for services. My promotional discount ends in a few weeks and you can't match my promotional savings to keep me as a customer.
