I replaced a BB Torch 2 a couple months ago with a Samsung Galaxy S4. A Sprint Galaxy S3 userno longer receives my text messages, I can receive his. I text with this person quite frequently, no problems before, I'm thinking it started when I went to the S4, but not sure. Any ideas?

I didn't want to hijack another thread. What should I get for a permanent camp site as far as dish (will need HD) and receiver? The dish will stay up, the HD receiver will probably stay as well. We have 4 HD DVRs and one HD receiver at our home. I'm going to put a trailer on our other property. I'd like to just get a dish capable of HD & locals, I'd probably get another r...

Whole home DVR has been working fine since beta. Only issue, really isn't a problem, is when starting a program on one tv that's not on that tv's dvr, very slight delay in the program starting. Are there any advantages to having DECA installed if everything is working fine with a LAN? Our SWM is maxed out with 3 HD DVRs, HD receiver and a standard receiver. Was thinking o...

How hard would it be to do a self install of a SWM 16 in place of a SWM 8. We have an HR21 700, 2 HR22 100s, an H20 600 and a D12, thus we're maxed out on tuners. I'd like to upgrade the H20 to a DVR. All locations are wired into a LAN as well, excepting the d12 and the H20, MRV works flawlessly. Would also be nice to have MRV in the room the H20 is in.... What kind of co...

The rice bowl trick mentioned in the link provided by Irish Rose will work. EVEN if you've turned the phone on since it got wet. Cover off, battery & sim out, put phone in a tupperware typed bowl with a bag (dump the rice out of the bag!) of rice, stick it on your back dash of your car for a couple days or outside. I've personally had it work with an HTC Tilt after a swim...

We currently have 3 DVRs (an HR21-700, 2 HR22-100s) an H20-600 HD receiver and a D12-500 standard receiver. Can I upgrade the HD receiver to an HD DVR receiver without problems, or more equipment upgrades (SWM 16?)? I'm guessing no, since counting the number of "tuners" I'm already at 8 'cause of the 2 tuners per DVR. Is this correct? I asked a rep yesterday when I renewe...

jh029s, I tried to use "quote" didn't work. Yes, I called about 1PM EST, told her I was using the beta MRV on my wired home network, with no problems, and wanted to activate MRV, using same-that I didn't want to use/upgrade to DECA. It was done about 2 minutes later. Yes, I'm just being charged the $3/MO for MRV, using my wired home network. I think, at least for now, it'...

We have 2 HR22 100s, an HR21 700 and 2 D12s. The HR units are hooked up via Cat5e, ethernet through a combination of 2 gigabit switches and a router/modem. Beta MRV has been working flawlessly, excepting right at the beginning, prior to another download on all of the dvrs. I activated today-took less then 5 minutes, the lady knew exactly what I meant when I said I just wa...

We have two HR22-100s, an HR21-700 and two D12-500s. One HR22 is connected to an 8 port gigabit switch, the switch is connected to a router, the router to the cable modem. The HR21 is connected to the same 8 port gigabit switch. The other HR22 is connected to a 5 port gigabit switch that is connected to one of the ports on the 8 port switch. When they all got the download...

I'm thinking of going to the Blackberry Bold 9700 for two of my lines that are using HTC Pures. Does anyone know if the coming new BB OS will be made available for this phone? Are there newer Blackberry's coming out soon (I've looked, I can't tell)? Has anyone gone to this phone from a Pure or other Windows Mobile 6.X phone & what are your thoughts? Thanks, in advance.......
