It's now 3 months later and I still can't view my data usage. It has now been over SIX MONTHS since anyone has been able to see their usage. It's obvious that AT&T has NO intent to provide its customers with the ability to view/monitor their DSL data usage. That way they can ding them with overage charges. I haven't been able to view my usage for over 3 months now. No help from AT&T customer (no)service. 150 gb is not a lot when your main source for TV viewing is streaming. We don't have cable, so most of our TV viewing is streaming. That doesn't count computers, cel phones and tablets. In this era of streaming media 150 gb is insufficient! I've tried to view my DSL usage for 3 months and I keep receiving that message. I used to be able to view it. Gee, what a coincidence, implement a data cap, but prevent customers from monitoring their usage!

I asked them the same thing. For 2 months I was able to see my monthly usage. The last month it was available, we had used 133 gb (we don't have cable, so most of our TV viewing is streaming).
