Not an option if you dont recieve your first bill till after thst 14 days u s up. I really don't think there is any excuse for a corporation as large as att to not train their employees to provide accurate honest info. Contructive it seems that even att employees do not know or give accurate info. I'm still waiting for att to step up admit theirresponsibility in any of these disputes. I also am not surprised that for the second time I've been told ill hear back from someone in 72 hours and that time frame has passed and no call.

They both already had Iphones when we switched to plan. They upgraded their iphones to another iphone. Before switching to plan I questioned service rep repeatedly on how upgrades would affect plan and he repeatedly stated we could upgrade as we always have with NO effect on plan. Our cost would remain $160 a month. This statement was clearly misleading and untrue
