Hi marack! The refill for 100$ gives you 365 days of airtime expiration, the balance that you have on the account wil allso be extended. The minimun payment is 10$ that gives you 30 days of airtime expiration, same thing if you have balance on the account will be extended.

Hi Bruce, one of the unlock policy's att has is that you need to USE that phone with the specific account that you're requesting the unlock for at least 6 months, now if you need your phone unlocked a third party company can unlock it for you, of course in exchange of an amount of money.

If you are on the 40$ plan you have 200MB of data, make sure your data is turned on, if it is off you aren't able to access the mobile data or recive/send MMS. You can check the usage of data by dialing *777*3# if you run out of data ATT gives you the option to add 100MB for an extra 5$ on the account
