I did not accept this as a solution. I still have not received an answer to my question, how to check my past data usuage? is this how you guys handle issues? you just close the issue anytime you want? It was my question shouldn't I be the one to close or accept the case? Bryant

Hi, Talking to ATT customer service is like getting your teeth pulled. They are very little help. Received an email from ATT that on May 23 "there's a $10 charge for each 50GB of data you use over the allowance amount." Does anyone know how to check you current and past usage to see if this will affect me? I tried calling customer service, the person I spoke to could not ...

Me too. Like you I have been with AT&T for a long time and like you I have to continuosly to call them about my bill. Last month they told the increase was due to some printing issue.
