I am buying this phone online from a reputable source. My question is if I take it to my local ATT store will it work. I have 2 Iphones on the account already and this will replace an old flip phone that I use. This will be a bring my own device on the Mobile Share Plan and save approximately $300 from buying a 4s directly from ATT. Thanks.

I read the fine print and knew that I could not upgrade without losing my discounts of 25 a line. Its very clear if you read what you are signing when you upgrade. So let me ask you this Master of Fine Print. If someone comes out with a new plan that 50% o...

If they didn't do it on purpose why do they still offer a 2 year contract that cost more than the other options. Tell me one reason a person would obligate themselves for 2 years to pay mor...

dreamdrop wrote: The reason that your plan may increase from going from a 10GB down to a 6GB is because instead of having a 25 dollar discount on each of the lines on the account the discount is 15 dollars. Lets take an example here. The 6GB mobile share value plan is 80 dollars before taxes. The amount for a phone to be on the account is 40 dollars. However, since this i...

All Att had to do when the came out with the Mobile Family plan was to say" this new plan does not include the cost of the phone" They did not do this. . If it was so clear why are there multitudes of loyal Att customers that did not understand it. Why was the Att Customer Service line swamped with complaints. When I called to change back to my old plan 1 week after I cha...

What Att is trying to tell you is that you will just be screwed instead of royally screwed. Att did not explain the Mobile Share upgrade option when this program came out. If they did they would not have half the people switch that did. All Att customers were use to signing a new 2 year contract and buying a subsidized phone and keeping the same rate. This new plan is tot...

The problem is Att has done a terrible job explaining the Mobile Share plan concerning upgrading. Yes, I understand there will be the ones that back ATT but why is there still so much confusion. I had a chat session with Att today and the rep told me I could get a 4s for free and my $15 line would remain at $15. I told him to check. He said he was correct and to call Cust...

The Mobile Share Plan seemed like a great deal until you upgrade a phone. I wanted a 5s and the cost with a 2 year agreement was only $99. Then $40 upgrade fee, then my line goes up $25 a month for 24 months. Total cost to sign up with ATT for 2 years and get a 5s is only $739 extra. Yes, I know the next program is a little less but why even offer this joke of a price on ...

kdfederer wrote: Most of the carriers are doing away with the subsidized phone plans. What should AT&T do that could make you understand that if you use a subsidized upgrade, you costs go up. The ads specifically state that it is OUT OF CONTRACT PRICING. Does no one understand what the means? It is not clear period. Down in the middle it states, "No Annual Contract". That...

I changed my plan to a single line user MSV plan the day before my billing cycle ended, and my April payment is $61 instead of the $91 I'd been paying for the smallest voice, text, and data (my data usage is < 1GB/month), using the device that I choose to use ...
