Att bills one full month in advance. In your case, this means that you were charged, not only the price plan difference for the next month, but the amount that you "underpaid" for the previous month. So, the prorated charges section should state that you are receiving a $30 charge and a $20 credit as you were given your full money back for the $20 plan and charged the ful...

Are the phones running ios7? If so you can go to Settings>Cellular to determine exactly where the data is actually going to. In addition, you can manage switches to each and every place in your phone where data can be used to prevent usage from certain aspects of the phone except on wifi. In addition, if you have mobile share and you are approaching your data limit you can...

Another thing you may wish to consider is a wireless home phone. If your cell phone is allowed to be used in the facility this device could end up saving you quite a bit. At $20/month for unlimited calling nationwide, the wireless home phone can be used wherever there is strong att wireless signal. It even has a battary backup in case the power goes out to give your elder...

The plan itself is the following: $100+40/smartphone+15/basic phone You get a $25 credit per line for your smartphones under the following circumstances: Your contract on your phone started prior to February 2, 2014. You are on next for your upgrade. You have no contract (applies to bring your own device). If you do not meet the requirements for the credit you will not re...

In this case you can go back to the point of sale and see if the store will provide you any sort of protection based on their reccomendation. If they won't do anything I would look into your phone replacement options. Generally you can either use an upgrade or insurance to get a new phone. This time trust your own instincts about the phone case, that way there is no chanc...

If you preform the insurance replacement you will have one charge for your certified like new phone of $199.00 to your next month's bill. If you go with next you will get a new phone, it will consume an upgrade, and you will pay for it monthly until you've paid for the entire cost of the phone or until you turn it in for an upgrade. In addition to take advantage of the up...

You could replace your phone with an ipad air, just keep in mind that tablets require a data plan to operate and that if you currently have grandfathered unlimited data that will not transfer cleanly to a tablet. You would lose the calling capability of the phone if you did this, you could use a third party application such as skype to replace the calling capability howev...

Your tax would stay similar to what you are paying right...

hydrogen3 wrote: If you pay half the phone cost does it lower the monthley payment for the device? Nope, however at any time you can pay the remaining balance on the financed device, it is simply in your best interest to allow the monthly payments to continue if you are on a Mobile Share Value plan because you are getting a kickback and because it is in essence a 0% inter...

The process that should have been completed for you in the first place is called a Transfer of Billing Responsability or ToBR. If you are within 14 days of activation I would suggest going to the point of sale (in this case Customer Care) and asking about your options for getting the number over.

Actually you'd be looking at $4.99/month for Smart Limits and it provides you with several features beyond just blocking a number. Detailed information on it can be found here . Also, several newer phones have this capability built into them so that you do not have to pay for smart limits. I suggest looking up your phone in device how to and determining if your model offe...
