Just curious is anyones else HTC M8 order, Back-Ordered? On the 15th, warranty exchange agreed to change my device for the HTC M8 Gold, just since then it's been back-ordered..

Hi GFY2132, Have you tried factory resetting your device? If you continue to have this issue please contact AT&T to set up an warranty exchange. You claim that you purchased the phone in December 2013, Samsung and mostly all cell phones have 1 year manufacturer warranty, so you should have no issue getting a new device. Good luck!

Yes ShaunnieDarko stated correctly, iMessage causes some text messages and MMS, not go through. This happened to my mothers phone the other day I had to turn off iMessage and now she gets her text messages on time. She use to restart her phone and she will see that she got messages from 2 months ago.

Hello, After every firmware update I will recommend you Factory reset the device, after that for the battery, I recommend you drain it out until there is no juice left and charge the phone until it reaches 90% - Full charge. Good Luck!
