I have Amazon and am having the issue when trying to stream with it also. I am consistently getting 15M download speeds even when using their speedtest. We used to get consistent 40+M speeds and am not sure what happened.

We had the same type of issue over a year ago and the technician found one of the pairs running to the house was shorted. We have not had any problems until we went on vacation last week and since we returned home the speeds have been terrible. I hope things get worked out soon. I was thinking of switching to the 75M option to see if it helps, but not sure at this point.

We currently have 45M service and are only getting around 15M download speeds from multiple devices both wired and wireless. Can we have someone take a look at our service to see what the problem is? The issue started a few days ago.

I hope this is the right section. My videos on the computer, Hulu, and Amazon are freezing. The video will freeze and the page will sometimes have to be reloaded on the computer. When using Hulu or Amazon, the video will freeze and give a message that it cannot connect. I thought the issue was the wireless network, but I wired the house with Cat 5E and am having the same ...

After running a few tests connected to the RG, I am getting 40Mbps down and 5Mbps up. Things are finally where they should be. Thanks again to customer care for getting it straightened out.

Thanks to Sadath for getting the profile set correctly. The RG is now set to the correct settings. I am getting around 21Mbps down, but that is through wireless. I will hook up a computer directly to the RG to double check.

When I spoke to customer service, they said the profile was set correctly. It also shows it correctly when I log into my account online.

I did notice there are a lot of FEC errors and some CRC errors on my second line. Is that normal or is it something that needs to be looked at? That is only after a day or two. I restarted the RG after they said the work was completed on Tuesday.

I have the same problem as you did initially, but it has not been resolved since my "upgrade" on 7 Feb. I am waiting for the profile to be changed, but can't seem to get that accomplished. I am in communications with customer care, but getting frustrated.
