Anyone? AT&T rep? There has to be someone capable of finding the contract date information. I've already determined that neither AT&T nor I can find it on AT&T's website.

Thank you, guangzl1, for your prompt reply. No, it doesn't help. Once I click on Wireless it takes me to a Support tab. There is no "Overview" or numbers listed anywhere that I can see. I've been all over all the AT&T webpages, tabs, radio buttons, dropdown menus, etc, etc, etc and I can find no way in which to view the contract dates for any of the four lines. I've been ...

Why does AT&T deliberately make it impossible to view the contract dates for my four cell phone lines? None of the AT&T instructions for locating the contract dates are valid, whether the billing is combined or not. None of the instructions I've located in other discussions are valid. I've been on AT&T chat four times and they could not locate the page that provides this ...

Thanks again, julywashere. I've decided to run two Ethernet cables from my 3801 to the living room. I've ordered two more sets of these italkbb boxes. I'll put one set in my stepson's bedroom, which is in the room next to my 3801. I'll use his existing Ethernet desktop connection for the S-Box and then connect his desktop wirelessy. I'll then put the third set in the same...

Hello again, julywashere, Actually, I'm more concerned with the quality of the TV signal than I am convenience. I want to simply jump from the Obi to the S-Box if there will be no degradation of the TV signal but if I'll get a better TV picture by running a second Ethernet cable I'll do that. The S-Box will connect to my AT&T 3801HGV wirelessly but I prefer a wired connec...

I finally received my italkbb equipment today. I connect an Ethernet cable from my AT&T modem/router (3801HGV) to the blue labeled Internet port of the OBi302 phone adapter box for phone service. No problem. I can connect a second Ethernet cable from my AT&T modem/router to the Ethernet port on the back of the S-Box 7340 for TV service. No problem. If I do it this way I w...

Hey julywashere, LOL. You've really got me now. I don't have a clue what STB, UPnP, DMZ+ or QoS mean. In any event, if you and aviewer tell me that the 3801HGV will handle everything I need without degradation of the Chinese TV channels on my HDTV then I will run everything off the 3801 and forget about getting a standalone router. I did some more research and it seems th...

OK, here we go. aviewer and julywashere are familiar with my situation because they helped me just a few days ago. I have AT&T Max Turbo Internet, AT&T U-verse Voice and a five line AT&T Mobile Share cell phone plan. I no longer have the U-verse 450 TV service but AT&T allowed me to keep the 3801HGV. I am getting italkbb, which is for Chinese HDTV channels and a VOIP phon...

Thank you again, aviewer, for your assistance. I appreciate both you and julywashere assisting me. It's nice to know that people with the proper knowledge are willing to spend their time assisting those of us who know little. One last question. Since my AT&T home phone is VOIP does that mean that if I have a need to call 911 they will not know my location from the phone d...

Thanks for the information, aviewer. I have Linebacker service with my home phone so I don't have to pay if there is a line problem within the house. AT&T has been here before concerning line problems and I never had to pay. I also keep a corded phone in the basement and a spare corded phone in storage in case I lose electrical power from AEP and must depend on a regular ...

ALL MODEM PORTS WILL BE LABELED FROM TOP TO BOTTOM ON THE MODEM: OK, I have some more information, after closely looking at the modem. The top port on the back of the modem (port 1) has a green wire coming out of it. The description of this port is Phone Lines 1&2. This green wire goes to one of two input connections on a small white box that has handwritten on it "Data T...
