Hi All, I have been in the process of going back and forth with AT&T about a defective phone I sent back. They claim to have never received it, the tracking # shows it was scanned at USPS in October!. Even with proof, they're robbing me of $639.00! Help! Is it going to take an Act of Congress to get my account adjusted properly?
