thanks for the information - that may be what happened. The ID was set up with DSL service that was in a previous house we owned. We sold the house, and the new owners took over the account (transferred with AT&T) and paid all the bills, etc. I think they may have closed the account and changed to cable. I can't find this out from AT&T though... I tried calling to see wha...

I have an AT&T email ID i've been using for years. This Monday, it stopped working and I get an error message (see below for full message). I don't know why my service got suspended, but I suspect it's because this ID was created when I had DSL service at another house (we since sold, but the new owners 'transfered' the service and paid the DSL for the last couple years)....
