I would like to upgrade my U-verse internet speed, if possible. My neighbor receives 18Mbps and my max is 12Mbps currently, When I log in to my AT&T account and enter my address, I am told that U-verse is not available here, although I have had it for over 5 years. Calling AT&T hasn't helped in finding out if I can get a faster speed either, My zip is 74959.

After 2 1/2 hours with online chat and a phone call the problem is resolved. AT&T had unlinked my wireless account from my other accounts and that's why I could not access it.

I have been on myAT&T for over an hour trying to view data usage for all phones on my plan. I selected Wireless >Usage Reports...and it sends me to my U-verse account. I used Online Chat for assistance and they told me to log in to myAT&T , select Overview >Wireless> Usage Reports and it still takes me to U-verse. Every link I have clicked has taken me to the U-verse summ...

This is really getting old...we were losing our internet connection almost everyday for the past two weeks at approximately the same time. Now it has started at random times each day.
