Seeing as how I have talked to at least 10 different people in last week and have been given to supervisors and told it was being sent to escalation I don't really see how that will help. Plus I love how you think getting back in 2 days is escalating.

First off that wasn't told to me when ordered. Second it shipped after the holiday so that is a sad excuse. I upgraded from DSL to uverse and the equipment was supposed to be here today but it didn't come. AT&T decided today was my activation day even though I don't have equipment and this turned off my DSL so I have no internet currently. Yes they were. I was pleasently suprised it went very smooth. It ended up that I had to talk to a few different people but whenever someone said they would call back they did. I am now looking into a faster DSL speed or changing to U-verse just on the internet as I need more speed to stream a good picture on my Apple TV so hopefully it will be a good experiance as well.
