Every year it is simply crazy with the new iPhone release. Although I don't believe the iPhone 5C has had the initial lift Apple thought it may it is completely replacing the iPhone 5. The 5C and 5S both came available for sale on the very same day, so I believe it caused quite a clog in the system overall. It can be so frustrating waiting especially for something like a ...

I have an iPhone 4 and it seems that after the ios 7 update though it may just be coincidence the calibration is off and when texting and such I'm not hitting the letters intended or that would appear I am touching. I have looked for apps I cannot figure out how to calibrate please help.

I feel your pain. I stopped visiting AT&T stores long ago and I too have been with them over 10 years. I try to always do my AT&T dealings online now. This generation of in store employee are arrogant and very quick to place blame. I cannot count the number of times I would visit the store for upgrading and was assured time and time again that all my plans when my next bi...

Here is all the information I pulled for you that you should need to unlock. Good Luck! Unlock your device When referring to unlocking a device, there are three specific types of unlocks that are separate and unique: Carrier unlock : To unlock your AT&T device to work on another carrier's network, submit a device unlock request. You can also submit this request if you wan...

Two great options are the Pantech Renue and the LG Xpression. These don't require data because they aren't smartphones, but they still kinda look cool. Here you can see them compared in this link. Click Here You may have to scroll down the page I'm not sure if it's my computer of not, but I had to scroll down half the page before I saw what I was comparing.

You can chat with someone online about your current plans. You can change your plan, possibly there is a better cheaper plan you could be on. They have a plan if you with unlimited text unlimited talk and 300mb of data. This is a plan called Mobile Share I actually have this plan because I have wifi at home, so I don't really use a lot of phone data it's $70 a month.

If you have a current GoPhone your can switch phones and keep your number and balance, but you have to do this in store. They are not set up online to do this and you get much run arounds calling, so yes visit an AT&T store and they can fix you up.

When you buy your new phone from AT&T, and I do actually recommend ordering online as they are usually cheaper than in store with free fast shipping, your new phone comes with its own new SIM Card. Don't cut your SIM Card down and you do not have to visit a location. I am providing you a link where you can see how to transfer all your contacts to the new phone with ease. ...

@mgbstyle65 You made the choice as to the phones you purchased as well as where they were purchased from. The prices were clear and the $36 upgrade fee was upfront. I'm failing to see what it is that AT&T did that is now causing you to leave after 15yrs........... I understand that you may be upset with yourself now knowing had you shopped around you could have found the ...
