Thanks for suggestion, just sent a private message to AT&T customer care. Every time I check "software update" under settings, whether I'm on work or home WiFi or on LTE, my phone says my software is up-to-date. Reps at two AT&T stores couldn't explain, just said "be patient," or that I could hard reset the phone and check again. Frequent poster on WPCentral forums also s...

Well, it's now Tuesday evening in the US and my phone is STILL not detecting an update. Starting to wonder if I'm going to be the last AT&T Nokia user still standing without GDR2/Amber.

I keep checking for updates and have hard reset my phone twice, but my phone keeps saying there are no updates. has anyone else experienced this? So annoying! My wifi connection is just fine.
