Try disabling the Google Location Services to see if that helps...it could be that Google is still updating their info for the new LTE network.

If you had to change your APN that means that your service is not set up correctly-you should be provisioned with the PTA APN that comes pre-programmed in the device. This could alos be the cause of your portable hotspot issue-you have to be provisioned with this feature to use it, I would give CC a call.

Some Apps downloaded fro Android Market can be moved to your storage card and you wont lose them when you Hard Reset. Go to Home>Menu>Settings>Applications>Manage applications>tap on each app in question and see if there is a button for Move to SD Card. It isnt there for all apps but is for some.

For Android, by default, all Pictures, Videos and Music files are saved to the SD Card and not your internal device memory. There is not an option to create Subfolders in the Gallery application, the photos get saved to the existing Sub folders in Gallery.

It is a setting in Activesync. there is a check box to allow data connections while connected to your PC; I think it is under the tools menu in AS (I use Vista now otherwise I could validate this).

Uninstall the HTC Customizer (Start>Settings>System Tab>Remove Programs, soft reset and that should do it. If it is still there, you will want to look at anything else that you may have installed around the same time this started happening and remove those too.
