@cleosabre im assuming the disconnected and a reconnect fee of $49 was due to a suspention? If thats the case no that fee most likely will not be reversed, Credit and collections would have gone over that fee with you prior to reconnecting your account. Hey @texasjren as long as you have the PS4 connected with an ethernet cable, that will allow the best connection speed as wireless can be unreliable. After that it all depends on the speed package that you pay for.

There is a few outages in the GA area, not sure if specific for your location but you can call into customer support at 800-288-2020 and they can check on that for you.

@John-annoyed If you still have the tracking number that was given to you, Call into 8002882020 and give them your account number to load up the account and you can give them the tracking number and they can submit a case to the CPE tracking team with that tracking and they will get it cleared up.

@LUGUY16 you would need to login to att.com and then go to "Manage my subaccounts" from there you shuld be able to edit the sub account and update the security questions.

@MBCM96 As long as uverse service is available for you address, there wouldnt be any problem at all, if required they would replace the outside box if its to old, and as far as the normal phone jacks in the home, thats all that is really needed. They may run a cable through the floor or something from the outside if needed but it shouldnt be.

@lambjr If you have a phone that supports Caller id (which nowadays most phones do) you should be seeing the TN come up on your phone when they call, My phone actually reads out to me who is calling. You can also login to www.att.com with your member id and you can check the call history logs on the website for the past 100 callers.
