Hi Mariana, Do we have any other link to the subpoena website? I have been checking this website for some time now and all it says is it's unavailable. It's been like that for months. Is there any alternate site that we can file requests thru?

Hello AT&T community, I'm helping out one of our members who has a desktop losing connection everyday at a specific time while all other devices in his network are connected. This desktop, and other devices, run through a VPN and the IT guys from his firm have already double-checked the VPN client settings and concluded that the downtime is caused by the AT&T service. The...

What a flashing Broadband light generally means is that the modem is not receiving a signal from the outside lines. With some ISPs, it is called a "No Sync" situation. If both your broadband lights have been solid green previously, i would assume that you're on the bonded pair type of connection, e.g. instead of having the traditional 1 pair of copper wire to deliver your...

I'm no expert and have no deep understanding of how radio frequency works but I have a few tricks that have helped improve wireless home connections of a lot of Uverse subscribers. 1. Login to the GUI. Through a browser, go to 192.168.1.254. 2. Access the wireless settings page and do the following. - Change your wifi name. This is really not important but it will simplif...

Hello there. Simply contact tech support at 800.288.2020 and ask for a password reset for your email address. After doing that, you should be able to use the generic password to login to your account. Unless it has been auto-suspended by Yahoo due to spam (sending 1 message to more than 99 recipients or sending many emails within a short period of time), you'd have to wai...

Hello there 12LetterName, I'm posting this not as an ATT employee but I really think it would be helpful if you send a message to ATTCustomerCare . You can message him about your billing account number and best contact number so that he can open your account and research the issue on a more detailed fashion. There's a million reasons out there why all those happened, but ...

I've tried setting up ATT (and other ATT-related) emails on most versions of Outlook (including 2010) and I didn't come across any issue. I have the following settings. Account type: Pop / Pop3 Your name: Any name you want to appear on your outgoing emails Username: Your whole email address Password: Your account password Incoming mail server: inbound.att.net Outgoing mail...

You should be able to keep any active ATT-related email addresses when you sign up for Uverse. Just make sure to choose the option to "Use an existing member ID" during the HSIA registration portion. Sometimes, install technicians would just create any email address for you if you don't tell them that you have an existing one and that you want to use it. So make sure you ...

I really have no proof here or technical explanation. When someone tells me that the DVR displays a Red X with 1, I assume that the hard drive has gone bad or, at least, is about to. And for me, even if the disaster recovery procedure works, the hard drive in the unit can never be as reliable as before. So, it's usually time for a new box.

Yup, I think you just need to bridge the ATT gateway and you can continue using your own device to manage your network.

Hi raycantrell2 . For now, IPTV is really limited to 4 streams at a time. IPTV stands for Internet Protocol Television. We really have to consider that our TV programs are fed to the receivers through the internet. And as with any bandwidth capacity, the network can only hold so much. You can compare it to your internet activities on your computer. The more you download, ...

Usually, the ethernet light behaves as follows. No light - No ethernet device connected. Solid green - An ethernet device is connected, a connection is established. Blinking green - An ethernet device is connected, communication/trasfer is going on. You should not worry that the ethernet light keeps blinking. It just means that data is passing through.

Assuming that you have an iOS phone (iPhone) , you can try these steps 1.Tap Settings - Wi-Fi. If Wi-Fi is off, turn it on by tapping the on/off icon. 2. Available Wi-Fi networks appears under "Choose a Network..." 3. Locate and tap the Wi-Fi network you want to join. Normally, your Uverse wireless home network will say ATTxxx or 2Wirexxx. It may require a wireless passwo...

AV1 is selected as the TV input if you are using the yellow-red-white set of RCA cables. It's either your TV should be on a different input mode (AV2, Comp/RGB HDMI1, HDMI2, HDMI3, TV/Cable Channel 3, etc) or The yellow cable is not properly plugged in. Please check the cables connecting the TV to the receiver. Or try another input mode by looking for a "source" or "input...

On the set that recordings freeze on, restart the receiver and tighten the coax/ethernet connections (for the RG) to it. Do a power-drain restart on the RG, too. Unplug the power from it, wait for 2 MINUTES, and plug the power back in. This ensures that the RG gets a fresh and fast connection to the ATT network.

All models of ATT-provided receivers/DVRs have different inputs. 1. HDMI 2. Component (YPbPr) / (Red/Green/Blue) 3. Audio/video (Red/White/Yellow) 4. Coax Choose one of the options for your TV. But for your DVD player, it should be plugged in to any available input port on the TV itself, not the receiver/DVR

If you're looking for the private IP address, you can try IPCONFIG thru CMD (on a Windows PC). If you're looking for the public IP, you can try googling "What is my IP"

Hi Mack. Congratulations on your new subscription. Here are a few things that you need to go through during the service activation date and time. 1. Setup modem (connect to phone line, etc) 2. Connect devices to modem (ethernet, wireless) 3. Go through HSIA registration (if you subscribed to internet services) through https://lsreg.att.net 4. You can choose to use an exis...
