I believe the $10 charge is gor an app called att navigator. But it has a 30 day free trial when you first activate it. Go to att.com/db ,Login w/your 10-digit mobile number & it will send you an 8-digit pin to access your account. This is where you can check if you have been charged, If yes just cancel and get a refund.

You would lose the $25 you currently have. You can call customer service to try to get a refund. Explain to them what happened. They would be able to see that on the records. Dial 611 on your phone press 5 for lost phone dept. it would route you to customer support.

Go to www.att.com/myatt Login w/your 10 digit mobile number & 4-digit password. Your default password is the last four of your mobile number, it would prompt you to change it at initial login. Hme83 is right. It is how the autorefill works it always takes out every month. You need to cancel autorefill to use the $100. Go to www.myprepaidrefill.com , Login w/10 digit mobile num & 4-digit passcode. If you forgot click on forgot password. Then cancel autorefill

Yes just add the account in settings > general > accounts & sync or account. Then manually sync. Need to connect to wifi or mobile data

You can only do it at an att corporate store or call 18009019878 press 5 to connect to lost phone dept(easiest way to customer service). They will change your phone plan to the mifi plan. They can also transfer your number together w plan to another sim card

Add full $100 so that it will extend until march 2015. Do not do two 50's,its only for 90 days. It will take $60 for your monthly plan this march. You'll have $40 left when you switch back to $2 plan. It wont take out money from the balance not unless you use it.

Postpaid and prepaid coverage differs. Postpaid uses both ATT towers and 3rd party towers from local and private providers w/c att had an agreement, while prepaid only uses ATT towers. So if tower near you is full youll be switched to 4g

No charges at all. You can do the switch on 611 say rate plan, choose monthly plans then 50 and say switch over. Make sure to do this at the end of your cycle

Theres no data only plan. You have to buy call,text & data plan. In your case you need a smartphone monthly plan. Choose between $40 plan consisting 500 mins, unli text, 200 mb data, plus you can add 100 mb for an addtl $5 each. OR $60 plan consisting unli call & text, 2gb data plus you can add 1gb for $10 each. You can go to an att store or dial 611 press 6 then press 0 for customer support. Tell them you want to update your new simcard and phone to your existing acct. they will need the simcard # that starts w 8901 at the back of the sim and imei # by dialing *#06# on your iphone

Yes you can switch to the $2 anytime, its not necessary to add money, but you cant use the service. Your long distance package would still remain. And yes you can make the switch using 611. Say rate plan or press 3 . Choose $2 and say switch over. Be sure to be in a quiet place, ivr too sensitive.

Your RATE PLAN expiration date will only be extended when your plan renews by itself on December 24 12am central. The $60 on your acct balance would pay for your monthly plan on dec 24. It would automatically renew by itself,and your rate plan would extend for another 30 days.
